Betty Nguyen Davis
Betty focuses her practice on debtor and creditor work, including bankruptcy, collections, and debt consolidation and settlement. Betty represents individual debtors and small business owners in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases and related litigation in order to obtain debt relief, stop foreclosures, garnishments, lawsuits, and repossessions for her clients. Betty also assists debtors with exploring alternative solutions to bankruptcy, such as debt consolidation and settlements. On the creditor side, Betty assists individual and business creditors with obtaining payment from debtors through settlement or litigation. Betty’s knowledge of both bankruptcy and collections laws enables her to assist creditors who may not how bankruptcy affects collections of past due debt.
Betty graduated from the Georgia State University College of Law in 2004 and is admitted to practice in state and federal district courts in Georgia. In addition, she is admitted to the Florida State Bar.
